About Us
All Hours Adult Care
Since 1998, All Hours Adult Care has been dedicated to supporting adult children who care for their aging parents. We focus on advocating for safe, affordable housing options and provide care coordination for the most vulnerable individuals.
All Hours Adult Care sets the standard in care coordination, offering resources for clients and advocates. We support adults and seniors with physical, mental, and cognitive disabilities—as well as the deaf, blind, and hard-of-hearing—through advocacy, affordable housing, and comprehensive care.
We advance community-based care and address homelessness through programs like the Assisted Living Waiver, which helps Medi-Cal recipients live safely and independently in assisted living or residential care homes.
As a California Care Coordinating Agency for the Assisted Living Waiver, AHAC provides nurse Care Coordinators for ongoing support. We also help individuals transition from skilled nursing facilities to home or assisted living through the California Community Transitions Program, and offer counseling and enrollment assistance for Medi-Cal programs.

Our goal is to make sure everyone has access to stable housing, financial support, and the tools to live independently. We believe in self-advocacy and work hard to help people stay in control of their choices and improve their quality of life.
