All Hours Adult Care
Since 1998, All Hours Adult Care has been dedicated to supporting adult children who care for their aging parents. We focus on advocating for safe, affordable housing options and provide care coordination for the most vulnerable individuals.
Our commitment to excellence drives us to set the standard in care coordination, offering a wide range of resources for both clients and advocates. All Hours Adult Care is passionate about coordinating care and advocating for secure, affordable housing, providing comprehensive support to adults and seniors with physical, mental, and cognitive disabilities, as well as to the deaf, blind, and hard-of-hearing communities.
We contribute to advancements in community-based care while addressing homelessness through programs like the Assisted Living Waiver Program, which offers financial assistance and support services to help Medi-Cal-enrolled adults live safely and independently in assisted living communities and residential care homes.
As a California Care Coordinating Agency for the Assisted Living Waiver Program, AHAC provides registered nurse Care Coordinators who offer ongoing care monitoring. Additionally, AHAC serves as a state-approved Care Transition Coordinator for the California Community Transitions Program, helping individuals transition from skilled nursing facilities to live at home or in an assisted living setting.
We also offer counseling to help individuals determine if they qualify for these Medi-Cal programs and assist with enrollment.

Our goal is to make sure everyone has access to stable housing, financial support, and the tools to live independently. We believe in self-advocacy and work hard to help people stay in control of their choices and improve their quality of life.
