About the position

The Housing Navigator will play a pivotal role in facilitating housing placements for clients, focusing on efficient administrative processes, client coordination, and effective communication. This part-time position is vital for ensuring clients receive the housing support they need while maintaining adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Data Coordinator Registered Apprentice will:

Data Coordination

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain participant records across multiple electronic systems.

• Maintain data integrity through routine quality assurance and reconciliation activities.

• Generate reports and tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

• Assist with Monthly Service Verification (MSV) reviews and documentation.

• Support compliance reporting and audit preparation.

• Maintain organized electronic records and document retention practices.

• Assist with participant intake documentation and eligibility verification.

• Track reporting deadlines and workflow activities.

• Support data analysis and operational reporting.

Technology Support

• Provide first-level technical support to remote staff.

• Configure user accounts and system access.

• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration.

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, printers, and connectivity issues.

• Support virtual meetings and collaboration platforms.

• Maintain inventory of organizational technology equipment.

• Assist with cybersecurity awareness and routine technology updates.

• Document technology support requests and resolutions.

Administrative Support

• Maintain confidentiality of participant information.

• Follow HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

• Support workflow coordination across departments.

• Participate in team meetings and training.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
